QUESTIONS and DISCLAMER

Booking a party.
We recommend you book at least 6 weeks in advance.Fill out the request form and send it to the address provided. We will call or email you back to discuss the details.. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date . We accept cash, checks, money orders or Paypal payments for the initial payment payable to Deidrea Anne. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party which will be paid completely 5 days before we arrive the day of the party .

 

 Cancel, postpone, bad weather, and illness.

If you have to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances within 2 weeks of the party, we will work with you to reschedule your party to another . If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. You are responsible to notify your guests of the cancellation or reschedule date.

 RSVP

~We will need your final RSVP’s no later than 5 days prior to the party. 

 

~After we receive the final count we will email your final invoice with the amount due. You will be required to pay in full 5 days prior to the party. If paying through Paypal.com there will be a 2.5% fee added to the invoice.

 

~Theme parties are for eight or more people. If less than eight attend your party, you will still be charged for eight .   

 

~It is your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have allergies that we are unable to accommodate then either you or the child’s parent must provide alternate refreshments for that child.

 

~We are unable to wait for  late guests . They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.

 

~At least one adult must be at the party at all times for supervision

 

~Travel fees may apply

 

~Customer agrees to provide a standard 20 amp electrical outlet 

 

~We reserve the right to end a party early if the guests do not show respect to all items owned by The Tin Tiara .If at any time there are behaviors shown that could cause damage to any of our items or others than that/those guests will receive 1 verbal warning. If the behavior continues then they will be asked to leave the trailer and will not be able to return. There will be no refunds of money in this situation.

~Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless The Tin Tiara, its agents and employees from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer’s guests, or other persons attending party. Customer agrees to not hold The Tin Tiara and owners responsible for inclement weather or other acts of God that may cause the cancellation of the party. The Tin Tiara shall apply any remaining monies due to another party date and location that is mutually agreeable to both parties.  Contracted client is soley responsible  for damage or loss of inventory  and assumes all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes or any activity taken place before, during or after the party.
